Job DescriptionDue to the on-going team success, we are looking for a second Junior Sales Executive for this E-Marketing Software Solutions Provider.

This leading Player in the E-Marketing Software Solutions arena is looking for a additional pro-active bright spark to join the team.

Under the initial guidance of the senior sales consultants you will be trained and developed in both the technology and sales skills, bringing you up to speed to the existing team before being responsible for creating, developing and closing high value contracts with high street / blue chip brand names.

Your focus will be on their permission based, e-mail marketing solutions so any experience of these systems, their functionality and how they can fit clients requirements is a pre-requirement for application.
In addition experience of report writing/analytics as well as skills with MS Office are also required.

We are also looking for a proven track record in dealing with clients and selling over the phone, a distinct advantage would be some experience of face to face meetings.

Overall we are looking for:
A person who is well presented and professional in approach.
Genuine drive and enthusiasm for a technology sales career.
Experience of working in a high speed Tele-Marketing / Tele-Sales environment
Reasonable IT skills for MS Office + some CRM.
A reliable and trustworthy person.
A good communicator in written and spoken English.
A self starter who can take on-board training and development but then run with it and not need 12 months of hand-holding as this role should lead to promotion within that time.

Above all, the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate that they would be an exceptional rather than average employee.

Based in London with the potential of travel to clients/prospect locations

On offer a negotiable base salary £18k - £25k plus 10% - 20% commission
