Job DescriptionProfessional Support Administrator: A Professional Support Administrator that relishes variety and responsibility is required to provide effective and efficient client (internal & external) focused support to partners, managers and departments in a progressive firm of Accountants.

The Professional Support Administrator is a new vacancy and offers the opportunity to join a successful organisation with a strong, open, supportive and team focused culture. The firm has 8 offices situated in Wiltshire and Somerset.

The ideal Professional Support Administrator will enjoy variety and challenge as part of the support team.

*Assist in all office administrative duties (i.e. copy typing, sorting and scanning of incoming post, sending of post, archiving, scanning of tax documents, purchasing of office supplies)
*Produce standard letters
*Generate Engagement letters and send to client
*Update practice management data as required
*Record time spent on specified tasks and complete a timesheet
*Forwarding of HMRC Self - assessment and Corporation Tax statements to client
*Submitting of confirmation statements for job tracking
*Provide cover for reception when required, in a warm and professional manner in person and on the telephone
*Promptly answer all calls redirecting callers efficiently
*Ensure the reception area is maintained to a high standard
*Organisation of incoming and outgoing courier items
*Control contractors on site, ensuring they are accompanied and signed out when leaving premises
*Proactively feedback on systems and procedures to identify procedural changes to improve efficiency
*Set up Conference rooms, booking room, laying out and clearing lunch
*Actively support all sales, promotional, marketing and networking activities of the organisation

Skills & Experience:
*A Level qualified or proven experience in an office / administrative environment
*MS Office competency in Word, Excel and Outlook
*Well organised with the ability to prioritise and manage own time
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A bright personality
*Proactive & forward thinking
*Confident & efficient
*Personable with a great team spirit
