The Job:

The Customer Account Executive (Regulated Market) is integral to the success of the claims management business. The Customer Account Executives guides the clients' journey towards compensation for mis-sold financial products. The post-holder will support their own customer bank through the process of moving the claim to court via our legal partners. This role will have responsibility of working within an FCA regulated environment and will help customers through the claim process which includes the signing their Conditional Fee Agreements and Consumer Credit Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to guide them through the last steps of pursuing compensation using Conditional Fee Agreements and Consumer Credit Agreements
  • Take inbound calls from customers
  • Manage customer relationships in a service-centred environment
  • Build and maintain accurate client records
  • Comply with Data Protection and Confidentiality guidelines and other company policy and procedures
  • Build and maintain expert knowledge in order to conduct the role
  • Build and maintain good general knowledge of the full customer journey
  • Comply with company, legal and regulatory standards of conduct
  • Share knowledge and best practice with team and group members and provide support as necessary
  • Attend training courses and complete qualifications relevant to the role
  • Carry out any other duties within capabilities as required by the needs of the business

Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

  • 12 months experience of working in a regulated financial service customer-focused role
  • Experience of working within an regulated env
  • Confidence to articulate complicated financial concepts in layman's terms within a regulated financial services environment (Essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills (Essential)
  • Experience of dealing with high-volume customer interactions over the telephone (Essential)
  • Meticulous attention to detail (Essential)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines (Essential)
  • IT literate with the ability to pick up new systems (Essential)
