Job DescriptionOffice & Culture Manager: A highly organised Office & Culture Manager with experience of providing a HR support service is required to ensure the efficient running of a fast-paced office for an innovative drinks manufacturer experiencing outstanding, sustained growth.

Seedlip is a nature company who make and supply a range of the world's first distilled non-alcoholic spirits - 'what to drink when you're not drinking®'. The brand is sold in many of the UK's best cocktail bars, restaurants, hotels & retailers including The Fat Duck, The Ritz, Selfridges & Ocado.

Since inception Seedlip has put 'doing things properly' at the heart of everything. In addition to providing HR support and keeping the office running smoothly The Office & Culture Manager will ensure the company's ethos remains welcoming and inclusive to both employees and visitors.

This role will initially be based in London, a 10-minute walk from Marylebone Station, until June when the company will relocate to new offices in Beaconsfield.

*Handle all supplier contracts for the office
*Liaise with tech companies for broadband, phone contracts
*Liaise with the landlord about the building for any changes or repairs needed
*Office maintenance; tidiness rules
*Liaise with sales and marketing for any assets needed
*Set up new starters with Microsoft office, Dropbox, Email and HR processes
*Liaise with travel agent for team travel
*Culture and HR support to the GM
*Arrange deliveries/ordering assets
*General support for team & leadership team
*Drive people to and from the station at key times in company vehicle

Skills & Experience:
*Personable, proactive and organised
*Good at multi-tasking and problem solving
*Minimum 2 years' experience as an Office Manager/HR Assistant
*Previous experience in a start-up or fast paced business
*Good written & oral communication skills
*Proven ability to produce quality work under pressure and to tight deadlines
*Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
*Great attention to detail & the ability to learn quickly, managing multiple tasks simultaneously & independently
*Organised & methodical with the ability to manage workload & prioritise autonomously
*Clean full driving licence
*Occasionally required to work some evenings and weekends
