Job DescriptionProject Manager - Relocations/Property Management

This is a 12 month fixed term contract based in Milton Keynes. Salary is dependent on experience.

The Project Manager will need solid knowledge of:
*Delivering operational excellence, managing teams and delivering Facilities moves.
*Working to relevant timescales and budgets.
*Delivering financial and P&L targets.
*Management and delegation.
*Experience working with stakeholders
*Facilities Management

The type of Project Manager we're looking for:
*Prince2 Certified
*Good Team player
*Self motivated
*Excellent communication skills
*Proven Project management skills.
*People Manager
*Able to work with key stakeholders.

Some of the responsibilities:
*People management
*Facilities Management
*Project management
*Customer focus
*Working with third party suppliers and partners.
*Operational delivery
*Comply with all policies and legislative requirements including HSE etc.

Project Managers need to demonstrate the ability to work and communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of people.

It is essential that all Project Managers have first class communication skills - written and verbal, time management, client care skills, well organised, show initiative, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
