Billing/Collections Manager (Payments) - Bradford
Rullion are seeking an experienced Collections/Billing Manager (Payments) as one of their largest and well known clients require somebody on a 6 month fixed term basis situated in Bradford
Main responsibilities will include:
Dealing with processes to ensure post, payments and refunds for household, non-house hold and ledgers are dealt with including updating payments to billing files, banking of these monies and managing associated budgets and contracts.
Managing and leading a team of 12 experienced FTE and taking ownership of their own and the teams development by Performance managing, coaching and developing the team to meet their priorities and personal development plans and the ability to manage associated contracts and budgets which will include business plan forecasting.
You will need to be confident in resolving complex queries and have a good eye for detail identifying and escalating potential operational risks to the delivery of key service measures.
