Job DescriptionA highly respected FM company is recruiting a Deputy FM for their PFI schools contract in West Sussex.

Supporting the Facilities Manager and working closely with the Site Premises Officers and Helpdesk Teams, you will deliver the management, co-ordination and implementation of all works on site of a technical nature, including project works and maintenance activities of the sites building services, building fabrication and site plant/equipment.

You will also manage the following soft services - Cleaning, Catering, & Waste management, Security, Grounds Maintenance and assisting in managing Caretaking, and the Leisure centre facility.

You must have a proven track record of managing others and previous experience in hard & soft FM provision, including knowledge of Commercial Catering Operations.

You will have knowledge of financial and Contract Management on P&Ls and Cost planning.
