Job DescriptionNew Business Development Executive: Due to impressive recent and sustained growth an experienced and ambitious New Business Development Executive is required to identify, nurture and close new commercial opportunities for an award-winning software solutions provider, delivering iPad and eCommerce B2B apps for distributors and brands throughout the UK and globally.

The successful New Businesses Development Executive will learn quickly, think quickly and take responsibility for delivering results quickly. You'll be a self-starter, calm under pressure and disciplined with the potential to transform our sales processes.

We're not looking for an order taker waiting for the phone to ring, rather you'll be someone who can demonstrate a habit for generating their own leads, opportunities and pipeline.

If you have B2B sales experience - great - but it's not essential. If you are willing to learn, if you can get up from failure, adapt and change, if you can push through uncomfortable situations, we want you.

You need to be comfortable engaging at Director level, talking about significant financial investment and be prepared to plant your feet when required.

* Generate own leads, opportunities and pipeline
* Engage at Director level, discussing significant financial client investment
* Qualify viable and non-viable commercial opportunities
* Develop rapport with key decision makers to schedule new business meetings
* Develop a thorough understanding of Aspin's products and services

Skills & Experience:
* Proven successful B2B sales experience, preferably in a consultative role dealing with Directors and business owners
* Previous experience of software sales desirable, but not a requirement
* Quick learner and thinker
* Able to deliver results quickly
* Self-starter, calm under pressure and disciplined
* Willingness to work with demanding clients
