2nd Line IT Service Desk Engineer - Wimborne - Up to £25K + Benefits + Ongoing Training & Development
Are you an experienced and ambitious 2nd Line IT Service Desk Support Engineer with experience working for a Managed Service Provider looking to join a well-established organisation who will offer you ongoing training and development?
This is an exceptional role where you will be given a unique opportunity to enhance your technical skills and develop your career into 3rd line IT support, or even into a field-based role depending on your ambitions.
You will be offered a salary between £22-25,000 p.a. depending on your experience and skills. Benefits include 23 days holiday rising to 25 plus all bank holidays, a company pension scheme, and ongoing support and training that will enable you to enhance and progress your IT career.
2nd Line IT Service Desk Engineer Requirements:
- Experience working on an IT service desk within a Managed Service Provider environment
- Must have IT support experience including the ability to support some or all of the following:
Windows Desktop XP - Windows 10
Windows Server 2003-2012
Microsoft Office 2003-2016
Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
1st Line Support for Operating Systems
Cloud (e.g. Office 365)
Networking including LAN/WAN
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.
