Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Exec

An Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Exec, who has sales / lead generation experience, is needed to join a market leader within the restaurant technology sector. Based in Edgware, expect to enjoy uncapped commission assisting the Head of Business Development in generating prospects and securing face-to-face meetings for the external sales team. (Full product training will be provided).

This innovative supplier has provided technology to over 75,000 customers across the USA, UK and Europe, with capacity management solutions, in the hospitality sector. Due to unprecedented growth they are now seeking a proactive Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Exec to join their dedicated team.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Exec will get the autonomy to take ownership of their role, approaching new customers and booking in meetings for the sales team. Whether you are generating leads through emails, targeted marketing and cold calls; identifying key decision makers; researching potential opportunities; gathering contact details; adapting and suggesting innovative ideas to generate leads or making sure all sales admin is kept up-to-date, you will play a key role generating leads and nurturing the sales process to convert conversations into face to face meetings for the sales team.

To qualify. You should be an Internal Sales Executive / Business Development Exec / B2B Sales Executive / Lead Generation Exec / B2B Lead Gen / Sales Advisor / New Business Exec with a CV that demonstrates:

  • Experience in similar Lead Generation / Internal Sales Executive role;
  • Excellent communication skills, you are fluent in English;
  • You are comfortable on the phone, showcasing an ability to connect with customers in explaining key benefits and building rapport;
  • You are resilient to rejection and have a hunger for success;
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently;
  • Experience with CRM including Sage and Salesforce;
  • The willingness to occasionally travel to client sites.

Any experience in the Hospitality sector would be a bonus.
