£24,000 – £28,000 Pro Rata +

Working Pattern 21 hours over Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Products / Service: Design and manufacture specialist Ultra Low Temperature (ULT) and High Magnetic Field equipment for the cryogenic research community.

+ Part Qualified / Qualified AAT or QBE
+ Competent user of Microsoft Excel including basic formulas.
+ Friendly, approachable, enthusiastic and a team player.
+ Looking for a role in a fast-growing local SME
Duties will include:
+ Generating invoices on Sage 200
+ Accounts Payable
+ Processing supplier invoices
+ Communicating with suppliers
+ Arranging supplier payments
+ Processing VAT returns
+ Postponed VAT accounting
+ Managing petty cash
+ Bank reconciliation on SAGE for all bank and currency accounts.
+ Travel & Expenses
+ Processing expense claims
+ Credit Card statement
+ Reconcile the credit statements.
+ Answer the ‘Accounts’ phone line and providing cover for receptionist
+ Import weekly timesheets to Sage
+ Preparation of payroll
+ Processing monthly journals and other adjustments for the management accounts.
