Trainee Paraplanner / Financial Wealth Administrator
£20,000 - £23,000 DOE (increasing to IRO £30,000 - £35,000 once fully qualified as a Paraplanner
Plus benefits including pension, opportunities for training and support with financial qualifications with all exams and study material provided by the company + progression opportunities within a growing business
Service / Product: Modern & Dynamic Wealth Management practice.
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, proactive and positive attitude, strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
The role might suit a graduate or college leaver who has previous office experience and is looking to start or grow their career.
+ Communicating with clients via email or the telephone – dealing with enquiries in the Partner’s absence
+ Collating information for client flies, including dealing with other providers to gather relevant information
+ Updating the database via Salesforce
+ Pipeline management
+ Preparing correspondence via email and letters
+ Diary management
+ Opening and distributing of post
+ Processing business applications
+ Other general admin duties
+ A desire to work, learn and progress within a locally run business
+ Excellent IT ability – MS Office
+ Excellent communication skills, especially written communication
+ You must be a great team player with a friendly confident manner
+ High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
+ Proactive, initiative taker
+ Must be a car driver and within commuting distance from Chobham
What’s in it for you?
+ £20,000 - £23,000 salary. This would increase to the region of £30,000 - £35,000 once fully qualified as a paraplanner
