Due to continued growth, my client is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Assistant to join their well-established, reputable business based in Mid Kent.
Reporting to the Head of HR, duties will include:
Overseeing the monthly processing of payroll for over 400 staff
Generating and issuing workforce contractual documentation to support the payroll process
Data analysis and collation
Recording staff holiday/absences
Preparation of management information reports
Other adhoc dutiesThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Payroll Assistant to join a varied role and expand their knowledge by assisting with the implementation of new software. Previous experience processing payroll for a large number of staff and using a digital time & attendance system is essential.
