£35,000 - £40,000 Per annum

Kiwi Recruitment are once again delighted to be working with our long-serving client for the opportunity to join their team in the role of Marketing Automation Manager.

As Marketing Automation Manager, you will support the implementation and adoption of Marketo across a range of our client's communities. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining all programmatic initiatives through Marketo and other email marketing systems. This position will also support the development and ongoing management of our client's website strategy going forward.

Duties to include:

* Build and execute Marketo programs and campaign activities including but not limited to, emails, landing pages, forms, and smart campaigns.

* Manage and implement the tools and processes involved in delivering a successful Customer Journey, ensuring there are no "drop-offs", and that client satisfaction remains high.

* Working with commercial/marketing teams, as well as agencies on web development.

* Adapting and enhancing current web messaging and campaign landing pages.

* Using the CMS platforms to make appropriate changes as required.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in working in marketing, operations or in marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo).

* Strong understanding of marketing processes including campaign execution, Q&A testing, and conversion measurement.

* Understanding of data management best practice and GDPR.

* Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.

* Superb written and verbal communication skills.
