We are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team, a focused and results driven individual able to build and maintain client relationships as well as help to develop the team and processes.
Client Service and pro-active Client relationship management experience
Stakeholder management and relationship building
Decision making and deadline driven
Ability to read and understand management reporting tools with experience in analytics
Influencing and persuasion skills
Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
Planning and organisation skills
High standard of communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence at multiple levels within an organisation
Proactively analyse data to answer key questions from stakeholders
Have problem solving skills using logic as well as intuition to make sense of a situation or issue and come up with an intelligent solution
