Job Title: Customer Support Administrator - Motor Insurance
Location: Haywards Heath
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, Health insurance and life insurance after qualifying period, pension, parking
We are delighted to be working with a wonderful, growing client in the Haywards Heath area, who due to fantastic growth are looking to add an additional member to their team in a full-time, permanent capacity.
Our client are not an insurer, however they provide services to the insurance sector, so this role would suit someone with experience in the Insurance sector (ideally Motor Insurance) who enjoys solving problems for clients, who has excellent attention to detail to manage large volumes of data and who is keen to join an inviting, friendly small team (where there is also sometimes a dog or two!)
This role will be office based for the first 6 months at least, however, there could be some home working flexibility in the future.
The company look to reward their staff well and have developed a positive culture. Progressive annual salary reviews take place and are based on the hardwork and determination of staffs' individual performance.
Duties will include
Taking enquiries from clients by phone and by email
Actioning client requests which could include:
Updating detailed information
Utilising large spreadsheets
Uploading accurate information into a central database
Following compliant processes to see the client request through to resolution
The role will suit someone who:
Is comfortable using Excel
Has experience in a Customer Focused position
Has experience working in the Motor Insurance sector (or other insurance sectors dealing with Brokers, Insurers and Leasing Companies)
Is confident to challenge colleagues and clients to ensure compliance and accuracy
Thrives in a plate-spinning role
