Our client has been a leader in their field for over 30 years. With over 60 business centres across the UK & Ireland, they have an incredible track record in helping businesses both locally and nationally with their needs. Their plans for future growth are ambitious and exciting, and they're now looking for a Business Transformation Projects Lead to take ownership on some upcoming critical and strategic projects.

Playing an incredibly important role for the business, you'll be second in command to the Director, and take the lead on extremely high responsibilities. You'll work with leaders across the organisation to develop models, methodologies, and strategies that deliver positive changes and improvements to the business.
Here's where you'll make a difference:

Developing and implementing new operating models for business centres
Defining requirements and selecting technology partners for appropriate needs
Creating curricula and content for the company's new training platform
Building and reporting on financial models and predictions to support growth strategies
We're looking for someone with proven experience from a previous project based role, demonstrable skills in delivering organisational change, and strong, confident negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. You'll be as comfortable leading the helm as you will be down in the thick of it with your sleeves rolled up!

With a strong history of delivering for top clients in their sector, and a period of real change on the horizon, its an exciting time to join the business.
