Simply education are providing a FREE 2-day training course for candidates who are looking to kickstart their career and work as a Teaching Assistant in schools in Lincolnshire. Some experience working with children in or outside of the school environment is preferable, however we are also keen to speak with people who have care and support work experience, supporting Adults in the community.

We also offer a number of CPD courses on different SEND specialisms, making you knowledgeable and confident going in to the schools. You will be required to work with children who have a range of needs such as (not limited to): Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).

This is a fantastic chance to really make a difference to the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.

We work closely with SEND schools and settings across Lincolnshire, supporting them with their staffing needs. You will be required to work either 1:1 with a child, or in a small group.

You will have full control over your calendar as we have part-time, full-time, short-term and long-term placements available.
