This is a hugely varied and exciting opportunity for an ambitious experienced digital marketing executive who wants to be pivotal in the company's marketing strategy and performance. Innovation is key to our company's growth and development so you must be driven and thrive on challenges and are happy to juggle multiple projects.
Key to the role is an outgoing personality, strong organisation skills and the ability to work across a number of different projects with the ability to work with different stakeholders and channels across the business and digital mix.
The diversity of our business is guaranteed to provide you with a constant challenge and interest, this job is far from being routine or an undemanding position. You will be responsible for the planning, execution and management of digital marketing campaigns:
Some of the skills we are looking for are:
* Knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques including SEO, PPC, social media, affiliate marketing, automated marketing campaigns and email marketing
* Copywriting: Write and edit content across various digital platforms and blog posts
* Professional communication: Excellent communications skills and the confidence to brainstorm with multiple teams and industry contacts
* Analytical and reporting: Experience in using major analytics programs - specifically Google Analytics.
* Content creation and editing: Ability to create content across video, audio and image on software applications such as the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite
* Project management: Experience in working with time-sensitive projects and tight deadlines
* SEO on-page optimisation: Ability to create good content to develop and maintain the, improve keyword ranking, quality score, URLs, keywords, meta tags, internal structure & links
* Campaign analysis: Regular drawing on relevant reports including (but not limited to) Google Analytics, website traffic, enquiries and target audiences
* Develop our social media presence: Ability to assess options for suitability to our services.
* Stay up to date with digital developments: Generate new ideas to draw the audience's attention and increase relevant conversions
* Reporting: Preparing regular internal reports that provide insight into the marketing performance
* Industry events: Organising and promoting events such as knowledge sharing and networking events, webinars and podcasts
* IT and marketing platforms: Experience using common tools (Word Press, Joomla, Google Ads, and Analytics, Microsoft Office, Adobe)

* Preferably Degree qualified or a proven ability through your career experience to meet our requirements
* You must be based within easy travelling distance of Hornchurch where this role is based.

* Competitive Starting Salary of £25,000 to £30,000 subject to your experience with the potential to grow as you become a valuable member of the team.
