About the Business Analyst role:

A unique opportunity has arisen for a confident and accomplished Business Analyst to join a long established financial services business during a time of major growth and transformation across the organisation.

Taking a leading role within a dynamic team of Business Analysts and Project Managers, the Business Analyst will be responsible for overseeing a variety of change / transformation projects, focused around a number of key internal / back-office functions.

Working across the full project life-cycle, the Business Analyst will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that business and system changes are being delivered effectively, utilising excellent skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, process management, documentation, etc.

Business Analyst - Key Requirements:

Significant experience working as a Business Analyst, working across the full delivery life-cycle of change projects
Experience of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Significant experience working in major financial services organisations
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven business
Previous experience working in projects dealing with internal / back-office systems, e.g. credit risk, financial reporting, treasury, procurement, HR systems, etc.Business Analyst - Salary & Benefits:

Basic salary up to £50,000
25 days holiday, with the option to buy and sell up to 5 additional days
Remote working - only requirement to be in the office 1-2 days per week
Circa 10% Bonus
