Sales administrator / Invoice Clerk required to join a leading utilities firm based in central leeds, on a full time, permanent basis. The succesfull finance administrator will be processing sales invoices for completed jobs, completing productivity reporting and updating invoice values for subcontractors using xero. The ideal finance role for an experienced Administrator/Accounts/Finance Assistant to join a nationwide company!

Sales Administrator / Invoice Clerk Position Overview

Processing all sales invoices
Speak with clients to handle queries relating to invoices and other accounts matters
Reconciling and process jobs and ensure the correct information is sent to clients
Reconcilling sub-contractor sales
Working closely with other members within the finance team
Report on invoicing against daily productivity

Sales Administrator Position Requirements

Prior sales ledger clerk experience is essential
Experience with xero and BigChange would be advantageous
AAT qualifications advantagous but not essential
Provide cover for other staff during periods of annual leave/absence
Answer the phone and any other ad hoc admin as required

Sales Administrator Position Remuneration

40 hours Monday - Friday

Salary from £21,840
28 days holiday
Parking on site
Based in central leeds
