VEED.IO is an online video editing platform. Our mission is to make storytelling through videos easy and accessible to everyone . That's why we're shifting from building "just" a video editor to building a suite of tools that allow anyone to make great videos.

We're at a super interesting stage right now: 24 months ago we had no staff and no money, and now things are going pretty well. We're at $6M ARR, 80+ people, and we're one of the most popular video editors in the world. As our user base grows, so does our talented team - we'd love for you to be a part of that journey.

How do we drive growth and build products?

While the product team at VEED looks after different areas of the product. Growth at VEED champions different part of our user's journey that spans across different parts of the product and work with the company to drive massive impact. Another way we think about growth is that products work on a user's "happy path", while growth works on problems for the "unhappy users".

The growth team at VEED are cross-functional, fully stacked. We operate our teams like a startup within a startup . We operate by the philosophy of startup within a startup. You will have a great amount of autonomy over how your team create solutions and deliver values at VEED. With that, comes a high level of accountability.

We love talking to our users and think it is the best way to get to know them. This is important because after all, they are the ones paying for it! There's lots of room for creativity, learning and experimentation.

To date, this strategy has guided our entire product development and has served us extremely well.

That being said, we also deeply believe in having a top-down , first principle thinking from the team. We expect you to have a strong opinion (weakly held) on how to build for future growth and solve users' problems. After all, we are the experts at driving growth and building for the future, not our users .

Problems and impact the team is looking to drive:

The Acquisition Team champions finding and sharing the values of VEED with new users all across the world. We currently do this through our focus on content, building solutions to problems people are searching for and sharing it out there.

Over the last 18 months, we've created a foundational growth loop of how we find new users and has since grown our MAU through new user acquisition by more than 8x. For the next 24 months, we're looking to scale and supercharge our content growth loop, going into every language across the world, creating more content, tools and solutions that help solve problems people have on video all across the world and show them the amazing value VEED brings.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Growth Product Manager who will lead our acquisition team in raising customer awareness of VEED's product features and benefits and identify opportunities that will optimize discovery and customer acquisition.

You will own, drive, and manage the strategy roadmaps, and successful delivery of all growth and acquisition opportunities.

What you'll do:

If you're a Product Leader who can think big to drive major growth strategies for Veed.io then we'd love to hear from you!

  • Own a holistic view of the Acquisition ecosystem and champion the customer mindset
  • Lead the product planning, development, and roadmap of growth and acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with Growth Lead, Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing teams to determine the strategic goals, plans, and operating practices required to develop a customer-first roadmap for how we capitalise on acquisition opportunities across our product offerings.
