Recruitment Compliance and Systems Administrator

Euston - hybrid working - 2 days in office / 3 home

Salary £35,000

My client is a world renowned, prestigious Higher Education provider, number one in the UK for their research strength. Reporting into a progressive and driven Recruitment Manager you will join an essential team in their brand-new central recruitment function, working on an exciting project which sees the implementation of a new ATS.

Operating within a team of commercial and dynamic recruiters this new role will be responsible for managing my client's end to end recruitment system (Talentlink) , helping improve recruitment delivery by enhancing candidate and hiring manager experiences ensuring they attract the talent they need to deliver on their world leading teaching and research agenda.

Main purpose of the role:

  • Ensuring all activity through Talentlink is compliant with recruitment and financial policies
  • Working to strict SLAs on system administration tasks and workflow management
  • Regular reporting on compliance and system usage
  • Main point of contact for basic system administration and configuration

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Daily management of vacancy and offer approval workflows in Talentlink to ensure the correct financial approvers are assigned to each workflow
  • Working closely with the finance team to ensure the approvals matrix is up to date and maintained and proactively providing advice and support to the finance team around approvals and Talentlink
  • Providing advice to hiring managers on approvals and workflows as required
  • Checking each offer workflow to ensure the offer conditions meet the financial approval and advising and supporting hiring manager/departmental recruitment administrator through next steps if offer exceeds financial approval
  • Proactively working with hiring managers and approvers to drive completion of overdue workflows
  • Producing weekly and monthly compliance reports including reports on approvers for live and historic vacancies, approval activity, workflow completion time and system usage for review by Head of Recruitment and other stakeholders as required to support compliance
  • Supporting audits of Talentlink as required
  • First point of contact for Talentlink queries and actioning basic requests

Candidate Requirements:

  • Having a background in a customer or service focused administration role you will understand the importance of obtaining good and compliant outcomes for all using significant system enablement
  • Experience in a recruitment compliance role and utilising an ATS
  • You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable working to and meeting targets and SLAs in a high-volume environment
