We are looking for a Head of Payment operations to join this revolutionary FinTech company that secured almost $60M in series A round.

The Company

It's mission is to build world's leading financial hub for digital asset economy by ensuring that all have access to reliable financial services. The company boasts financial, legal and regulatory expertise to ensure strong foundation for companies that need such infrastructure.

The company has many of the most reputable cryptocurrency companies as clients,

including: FTX, Blockfi, Nexo, Gemini, Galaxy Digital, Kraken and more.


FCA regulated financial services/payments and FX operations experience is essential

Strong operational leadership experience with a proven track record of performance and process improvement.

•Substantial experience of shaping, designing, and managing complex projects with multiple work streams and external delivery partners.

•Maintaining focus on key priorities in the face of competing demands for resource with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

•Eye for operational detail, great problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate upwards.

•Proven ability to adapt, change and improve processes.

•Previous experience in delivery of payments transformation

•Experience in coaching and developing teams

•Strong experience in collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise requirements

•Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to command respect and create a sense of trust in your team and stakeholders

•Ability to forecast and create roadmaps and plans, adjusting with new information and changing business priorities, to achieve project goals

•Commercially-focused and entrepreneurial

•Strong quantitative analysis skills with structured and analytical approach


• Leadership and performance management of the team of over 20 people and being the face of Operations to the business and external stakeholders.

• Responsible for the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of the Operations Target Operating Model.

•Establishment of go to SLAs and upwards KPI reporting to provide insight to the Executive Committee and Board over operational delivery and performance.

•Own the scoping and delivery of quick win performance improvements to ensure both internal and regulatory compliance standards are adhered to, and delivery risks mitigated

•Ownership of Operations risk register, reporting and mitigation plan.
