Our Partners RAPP are looking for a CRM Strategy expert to join them to work on one of their fantastic clients, including Samsung, IKEA, Virgin Media and more!

They currently still have a hybrid working model and are coming into the office 2/3 days a week.

Your Role

We're looking for a Senior Strategist to help lead and grow one of the agency's star, multi-award winning accounts.

As a Senior Strategist your role will focus on creating transformative customer experiences that reflect the transformative nature of our clients. A curious mind is key; constantly seeking those killer insights into human behaviour, business performance, and the moments that matter. We need a creative champion who's hungry to turn those insights into brilliant creative and understand the critical role that strategists play.

We're looking for strategically minded individual with exposure to CRM, customer experience, loyalty, underpinned with solid comms planning experience. You need to have a passion for interesting brands and the ability to cross-pollinate ideas and initiatives beyond standard CRM channels and make them work more holistically across a broader range of channels that reach everyone.

This is a brilliant account with a brave and collaborative client looking for innovative strategic solutions and to create exciting impactful work.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create empathetic and precise brand experiences that engage customers at the right moment in a human way.
  • Map and plan clear, impactful and data-informed customer journeys and comms plans across channels
  • Gain a deep understanding of brand and audience and be the champion of both through all work
  • Add value to the client's brief, where appropriate challenging their thinking, and inspire rich creative propositions that resonate with customers and prospects by drawing on existing insight.
  • Help creative teams craft beautiful, impactful work and drive innovative thinking

Your Experience
  • Experience creating strategies
  • Strong creative judgement and opinion - you'll have a portfolio of great creative work and results inspired by your briefs and comms strategy
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer journeys across all media and touch points
  • Strong experience within CRM
  • An analytical thinker and self-starter with a strong desire to learn
  • A passion to deliver exceptional work
  • Presentation - an adept and confident presenter of work, to senior stakeholders both client and agency side.
