Technical Director - Java

We are looking for a Technical Director to join a prestigious Agency based in London. the Ideal candidate has a vast knowledge around Java development; experienced in multi-stack cross discipline environments delivering costumer facing websites and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the successful delivery of a wide range of Java Based platforms
• Ability to create appropriate technical specification and architectures, plus validating those created by other members of the team
• Working closely with Technical Leads, project management, UX and Design to accurately plan and estimate technical programmes of work
• Prepare and Deliver proposals and presentations to all levels of a client's organisation in addiction to creating regular project documentation
• Oversight and training of technical team members across multiple disciplines and geographic locations
• Hiring and Interviewing responsibilities for new freelance and permanent team members
• Champion, oversee, and enforce quality assurance within the department and agency
