Annapurna Executive are delighted to have partnered with industry leader Lloyds Register, as they look to hire an outstanding global People Director to support their ambitious business transformation and growth plans.
This role will report to the newly hired CPO, Sharron Pamplin, who joined from Deloitte as the business focuses on transforming for growth, putting the customer at the heart of the experience and driving a high-performance culture., The Global People Director will collaborate with the business to create the underpinning People strategy to build the culture and capabilities that support the business agenda.
This is an incredible opportunity to join a diverse & global business with a 260-year social purpose legacy, as they work to ensure a safer, more sustainable world and a thriving ocean economy. They are investing significantly in the People function and looking to aggressively grow the business over the next few years, following a period of consolidation.
This role will work closely with Sharron and own the strategy for a sizeable population within LR. You will help with the delivery of business transformation and aid in the evolution of the operating model. You will act as an internal consultant, developing the team and working with a fantastic HR Ops function to deliver a best-in-class offering to the business globally, across over 70 countries.
Key requirements:
· A commercial mindset is pivotal for this role as they will look to you for advice and counsel
· Demonstrable experience of working in the professional or financial services industry and working with a complex and demanding stakeholder group
· Strong M&A experience, with a change management mindset
· They would like a Commercial Leader, who can help co-create and embed people strategies that will enable the business to achieve their goals
