Associate (3+ PQE) - Commercial Contracts - Leeds- Permanent

We are looking to attract an Associate / Senior Associate to join DWF, an award-winning global legal business.

The Associate / Senior Associate will join the commercial team in Leeds supporting the wider team nationally in undertaking commercial contracts work. We are looking to grow our Leeds Commercial team and therefore it is a very exciting time to join us with a clear path of progression for the right person.

This role represents an outstanding opportunity to access high-quality work with a range of clients operating across a wide-range of industries and sectors, including, manufacturing, technology and financial services. The post-holder will undertake a mixed caseload of non-contentious commercial / IT work in relation to a range of commercial contracts.

We are keen to hear from candidates who have experience of providing Commercial/IT/IP/Data Protection support in the context of corporate transactions. Sector experience in manufacturing, technology and/or financial services or insurance would be advantageous, however, not essential. You will possess excellent drafting skills and a first-rate technical knowledge.
