Mentmore is currently recruiting for Portfolio Manager for an international leader in the retail beverage space. The role is hybrid, 2 or 3 days in the office in Chiswick with international travel expected no more than 20% of the time.
The ideal Portfolio manager MUST have previous retail, ecommerce, or hospitality sector experience to be considered.

You will be responsible for EMEA technology and digital integrations, aligning technology roadmaps with functional business needs, licensee technology and operations, and delivery of technology solutions to all EMEA stores, whether licenced or company owned. You will be managing key suppliers and working closely with internal cross functional teams to plan and execute deployments of both hardware and software technology solutions to the EMEA market.
Managing project managers depending on programme needs
Coordinate and align product roadmaps, identify dependencies, and align with strategic, operational, and financial plans across relevant functions
Work closely with licensees on brand compliant technology roadmaps and programmes
Works closely with product managers and product owners on technology roadmaps, releases, milestones, and requirementsYou need:
Experience of managing large scale technology deployments
Success of delivering end to end technology projects in a retail technology sector
Strong understanding of technology concepts
Strong budgeting, planning, and project financial acumen
Customer and business relationship management
Strong analytical/Excel skills
Ability to lead and influence others
Digital transformation, integration, EPOS, retail technology deployment experience
