Our leading Transport client are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to work with the Operations domain to undertake elements of the Service Delivery requirements, as agreed with Service Delivery Managers/Technology Business Partners.Key Skills

- Incident investigations
- Interaction with Operations colleagues
- Interaction with supply chain partners and 3rd party suppliers.
