We are currently recruiting for an Information Manager lead the establishment and management for information and data. This will include implementing data and information management strategies, establishing robust governance and ensuring relevant, compliant and best practice approaches to information and data management are deployed across the entire organisation and all transformation projects.
Knowledge, skills and experience
Experience of analysing, documenting and advising on Information Management current state and best practice in complex organisations.
In-depth knowledge of Information Management theory, lifecycles, maturity models and law
Experience of forming strategies and programme plans around Information Management (and/or potentially other areas)
In-depth knowledge of the technology capabilities needed to implement effective information management in an organisation.
In-depth knowledge of the processes, policies, and procedures that would typically be formed in a best-practice IM organisation.
Experience of developing and establishing information governance structures and strategies
Ability to think and act pragmatically on Information Management, balancing the organisations IM issues with other business objectives
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of dealing effectively with all levels of staff.
Experience of dealing with and effectively managing executive stakeholders, and of driving key decisions.
The ability to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines within all areas of the business.
Experience of being involved in significant business change including staffing, cultural, financial, transactional, IT and overall performance implications
Knowledge of existing systems
Six sigma/LEAN/Business Improvement Techniques certificate or training
MS Visio and Azure DevOps
