Are you an experienced and registered Audiologist? Do you have an all-round knowledge of hospital procedures? Are you available to start immediately in a new role?

NHS Professionals have an exciting opportunity for a registered Audiologist to support our client trust. You will be responsible for accurately and safely providing necessary care to patients engaging with the service in the Trust. You will maintain key relationships with co-workers and other health care professionals across the Trust to ensure an effective service.


Work unsupervised whilst performing all standard hearing tests for both adults and children (>3 years of age) following professional standards and protocols.

Assist senior Audiologists in performing advanced audiological procedures, including performing physical examination of the ear and inspection of the ear canal and eardrum using an otoscope.
Long 56dc
Recognising referable ear conditions using clinical judgement and procedural guidelines.

Taking specialised and accurate ear impression by syringing dedicated earmould material into the ear canal in accordance with procedural guidelines.

To be successful in applying for this role you will need:

BSc in Audiology or other registration is essential.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills particularly with the hard of hearing and deaf.
Knowledge of Auditbase is necessary.
