We are currently recruiting for a well-known local broking group that has shown impressive organic growth over the last couple of years and offers a great place to work for those who wish to progress their career.
This Broker is now looking to appoint a new Team Leader, to come on board to take over and manage a team of 9 who look after Property & Small Commercial business.
They are keen to speak with those who are used to dealing with a good cross section of commercial policies (such as Commercial Combined, Contractors, Fleets, Motor Trade, D&O, PI, EL, PL etc) and able to handle a client with several policies due at the same time. This role will be based out of their East Grinstead office, and they are keen to speak to you if you have at least 5 years' experience in a commercial broking role. Management experience would be a massive positive, however they will also consider Account Handlers etc who are looking and ready to make the step into team management. Good knowledge of MLP & Cyber Insurance would also be a distinct advantage (training can be provided where relevant)
You will be required to look after a small book of your own commercial clients, as well as the day to day management of the team, which will include work allocation, performance reviews, team meetings, disciplinaries, holiday authorisation and PDP's for your team.

Salary on offer is up to £35-40k, plus pension, and Private Medical cover.
Office Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
