Role Summary

We have an exciting new contract opportunity based in Portsmouth as a Management Reporting Accountant

The role will be an initial 8-month contract and will provide you with the opportunity to support the management reporting and accounting of various high value maritime projects within the defence industry.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the Financial Management Reporting team by mainly processing financial projects actual and forecast data.

Support Period End Mgt Reporting activities
Processing Projects Actual and Forecast data
Support various Internal Reporting tasks
Support IBP data processing

Key skills & qualifications

Management Reporting or Project Accounting expertise
Microsoft Excel processing skills
Strong analytical/problem solving/decision making skills
Ability to analyse data to provide relevant management information to enable decision makingWhat we're looking for in you

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Well-developed analytical/ problem solving/ decision making skills.
Strong organisational skills who is adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Stakeholder management skills.

Location: Portsmouth

Rate: £34.27 per hour (inside IR35)
