Protocol Education are currently working with a school based in Newham who are looking to add a HLTA to their team from September.

You role will consist of covering classes from EYFS to Year 6.

The school are looking for a confident, passionate and experienced HLTA who can lead lessons in a range of different topics.

The ideal candidate will be a strong rapport builder who can quickly gain the respect of the students through setting clear boundaries.

This role would be well suited for a recent graduate who has previous experience within childcare and is thinking about a career in teaching in future.

You will need to be flexible and have a strong ability to think on your feet to ensure you are getting the most from every lesson you are covering.

Your knowledge of the UK curriculum needs to be strong as you will be expected to work in a range of different year groups.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
