Excellent FTC opportunity has arisen within a global software development company on a full-time basis. The position will be fully remote, and the ideal candidate will be handling the full remit of general commercial contract matters. The contract will run until March 2023.

Responsibilities:

Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Analysing, summarising and advising on all kinds of contractual documentation
Negotiating with third parties on contractual issues and legal disputes
Anticipating and mitigating potential legal problems within the organisation
Developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of riskCandidate Specification:

You will be a Legal Counsel, Qualified Solicitor or Lawyer with 5 years + PQE
Extensive commercial contracts exposure
In house experience working for a company selling products and services to its customers (Business to Business)
Privacy/GDPR experience is advantageous
Be able to draft and negotiate complicated legal agreements where customers have redlined more than 50% of the clauses
Experience gained within the private sectorThis opportunity has an immediate start date and will be fully remote. The salary on offer is £70,000 - £85,000 per annum.
