Customer Experience Manager
London Office based with WFH flexibility
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We work with high profile UK and global brands to create the perfect atmosphere and music profiles (curated playlists) to enhance their customer experiences. As such, our music profiles are heard in restaurants, bars, hotels and retail outlets across the world.
C-BURN are an independent and owner manged business with over 22 years' experience delivering the playlists and music players that help shape the world's leading brands.
We work with world leaders in the retail, hospitality and leisure industries, helping our clients make and maintain a genuine and lasting connection with their customers. We specialise in making our clients' successful by creating the customer experience foundation for our clients to build upon.
Our own brand identity and reputation is built on delivering high fidelity sound quality combined with highly specified, bespoke music curation to provide unique atmospheres and brand sounds. Hands-on curation of bespoke playlists/ soundtracks.
On the back of strong, continuing growth driven by significant investment we are expanding our team to include dedicated Customer Experience Managers. This is a new role to proactively drive customer satisfaction, retention and to strategically grow key accounts.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager, to succeed you will need to be able to
demonstrate a strong track record of:
Understanding the strategic goals of a company, and why excellent client satisfaction and retention is a priority.
Account and project management skills.
Having great interpersonal skills and a strong communicator.
Being results oriented.
Having good business judgement and intuition.
