As the Payroll Officer/Finance Assistant you will help handle the company's day-to-day financial matters. Your duties include overseeing the company ledger, organising accounting documents and helping to manage the company Payroll.

My client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer/Finance Assistant to join their busy Finance team on a temporary basis to cover maternity. This is a great opportunity to join a well established company in the Not for Profit and Charities sector based in Kingston upon Hull.


As the Payroll Officer/Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for;

Processing weekly or monthly Payroll
Dealing with Payroll queries
Processing and preparing financial statements
Overseeing client accounts
Creating, sending, and following up on invoices
Collecting and reviewing data for reportsProfile

Payroll Officer/Finance Assistant Requirements;

Good organisational skills
Strong analytical skills
Excellent time management skills
