Vital are currently recruiting for 12 Assistant Project Management 2022 Graduates (3 in each location)

Assistant Project Management (Engineering)

Within the role you will be involved with multi-million-pound in-house engineering projects. You will be given a training and development path to skills and experience which will be fully transferable across multiple industries.

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate who is willing and able & wants to learn and grow - full training and development will be given regardless of current experience.

Roles available based in Leeds, Doncaster, York & Newcastle

Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week

This role will be office based with opportunities to get on site also.

Salary - £23,000 per annum

Principal Accountabilities

* Proactively manage the delivery of assigned projects, jobs and tasks,

* Engaging with clients, building effective relationships,

* Identifying, implementing & complying with applicable internal/external safety, environmental and quality standards,

* Ensure that safety is at the heart of project delivery,

* Ensure the delivery of projects on time, to cost and to the right level of quality,

* Prepare and maintain project documentation including project execution plans, quality plans and other documents as required,

* Assist with project communication, support reviews and reporting progress on all Key Project Milestones,

* Support in the development of budgets and schedules for projects and controlling forecasts,

* Maintain awareness of project risks and opportunities and help to identify mitigate and manage them,

* Providing accurate and timely information, data and reports regarding the project status, activities & performance.

* Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills,

* A proactive, flexible & adaptable approach,
