Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with this growth client based in Blackburn who are looking to appoint a Finance Reconciliation Co-ordinator to the team.
Your role within team will be supporting the Group Financial Controller with various accounts administration tasks linked to billing.
You will be responsible for:
* Posting of daily cash receipts
* Daily bank reconciliations
* Intercompany bank transfers and reconciliations
* Sending DD files/refunds through the bank
* Payments back to clients in connection with revenue collection
* Supporting with debt management including aged debtors and instigating legal action as required
* Reconciling cash held
* Adhoc duties as required
The role requires someone who is used to working within a fast paced and dynamic environment. Previous experience of accounts administration is essential, and reconciliations would be an advantage. You must have demonstrable excel and word skills and be someone who is happy to get stuck into new tasks as required.
Salary up to £24k plus benefits with flexible working practices
