A established and well regarded multi-disciplinary legal practice based in Warrington is seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their Conveyancing team.
You will primarily be providing administrative support to a qualified member of the Residential Conveyancing team.
Duties will include :-
Opening files and setting up electronic files Providing cover for telephone and email diverts Photocopying Scanning - including ID scanning for visitors Seeing clients to take initial paperwork where required Speaking with estate agents, site offices and other side's solicitors where required Speaking with clients on the telephone Assisting with collating information for reports on report days Dealing with post/emails and faxes Applying for searches Dealing with filing
You will ideally have 1 year+ experience within the Legal sector. Experience within Residential Conveyancing would be advantageous but is not essential. You will be self motivated and enthusiastic and have a strong work ethos. This role provides a fantastic opportunity for a junior legal professional looking to take the next step in their legal career and to focus on Residential Conveyancing.
