Care Assistants needed for attractive residential home in Poole

Up to £11.50 per hour, fantastic company to work for + excellent progression

Ref No. PK44914

An attractive 50 bedded Residential Care Home in Poole that promotes the highest standards of person-centred care is currently looking for Care Assistants to join their dedicated team. The company has a number of homes across the South of England and are well-known for providing top quality, person-centred care in all of their services. The home's latest CQC report is rated "GOOD" in all areas and they are located in a quiet and pleasant area of town. They have an exciting opportunity for Carers to join their passionate team of Care Asisstants and Seniors.

We are looking for Care Assistants who are passionate about caring for others and who will work alongside a team of other carers to promote dignity and independence for all residents. You'll work as part of a supportive team of Care Assistants and Senior Care Assistants, and benefit from ongoing opportunities for training and professional development.

Care Assistants with little or no experience within care homes will benefit from a thorough training and induction programme from Senior Carers and the management team and if you aim to progress in your career then the home can support you with this and even help you gain NVQ qualifications.
