Automation Architect
The role
You will focus on quality user experiences and can expect to make a significant impact by demonstrating your technical knowledge and skills. Your position is essential to ensuring that the company delivers innovative solutions to our clients and partners. Combining expertise in our client's technology and content offerings with a deep understanding of customer profiles and target markets, you will act as a technical resource providing the best service delivery to customers and partners.
Within a rapidly expanding business you will be flexible and "hands-on" in a role where you will be (or become) a subject matter expert in our clients' solutions, how they can be configured to address customer challenges and integrate with their existing IT systems and applications.
Responsibilities:
· Responsibilities include overseeing the initial infrastructure setup for the development, test and production environments. The solution architect also explores the server and other RPA deployment options including firewalls and load balancers. They are pivotal in the exploration of new AI capability and shape the future of what's possible.
· Translate requirements into the technical system designs, meeting customer expectations in-line with Product Strategy
· The ability to demonstrate thought leadership and innovation
· Work with our consultants, business analysts and customer to interpret requirements and design solutions to meet those requirements using leading content management and intelligent automation technologies
· Provide technical assistance to partners and customers related to our clients' products, services and solutions
· Research and gain knowledge on our clients rapidly evolving product offerings
· Be the voice of the customers for issue resolution and solution enhancements
· Be expert in delivery quality support based on ITIL methodologies
Essential skills:
· Hands-on experience in delivering a solution from inception through to production with the ability to govern to design, with the ability to be able to delve into the technical detail where required
· Experienced in Content management and automation technologies relevant to our clients' markets such as NICE automation, UiPath automation, Machine Learning technologies, M-files, Kofax, Nintex, Docuware, Docushare, SharePoint, PowerAutomate, BluePrism etc. (NB: Our client does not work with all of these; we are seeking transferable skills)
· Experience in problem solving
· Experience in content migration
· The ability to demonstrate thought leadership and innovation
· Technical experience working with Web-Services/APIs
· Experience and hand-on-technical knowledge of Windows OS server and administration, SQL Server, applications, printer hardware and Infrastructure and networking
· High Level SQL query skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with customers and other commercial stakeholders

NICE (versions 6.4, 6.7 and 7.3) - RPA software
NICE Automation Finder
AWS - Cloud Platform
PEGA
SC will be required (BPSS or eligible for SC considered)
Hybrid working with occasional site visits
£700 per day (negotiable)
