As a result of rapid growth and the successes they have achieved within their market sector, our client is seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their team based in Chester. As Digital Account Manager, you will deliver award winning campaigns for well known, enterprise level brands such as. It will be your job to unpack our clients' challenges and work with a multi-disciplined team to build an effective strategy. Your focus will be to eloquently describe campaign goals to key stakeholders, ensure its full implementation and communicate key performance metrics. You will be backed by a skilled team of technical SEO consultants, Content Marketers, digital PR Managers and paid media specialists.

The ideal candidate will preferably have experience in a similar position at an agency and have experience with dealing with multiple clients across digital sectors. Our client is an agile search marketing agency and as such you'll be given the freedom and responsibility to plan your own week and pursue the work you're most passionate about. Also on offer for the successful Account Manager is remote working (you will be required to be in the office 1 day per week), flexitime, referral bonus schemes, free therapy & counselling, beer on tap, and regular socials.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact across a portfolio of top-tier clients
Develop and maintain close, productive relationships with client contacts
Efficient project management of several clients at one time
Attending and presenting at monthly calls, meetings and conferences with clients
Liaising with internal Paid Media, SEO and Content specialists and stakeholders to ensure client briefs are delivered on time and on budget
Assisting in ongoing strategy of client campaigns
Identification of new opportunities and improvements for clients
Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends

Essential Skills:

2+ years Account Management experience
Excellent client-handling skills
Comfortable presenting and communicating with clients face-to-face
Proactive with ability to prioritise and multi-task
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work to deadlines
