We are looking for an experienced Banking Business Analyst with front office banking procedure experience, a detailed understanding and strong track record of success in process optimization and documentation, strong collaboration skills, attention to detail.
Project Management methodology e.g Prince 2, Lean and or Six Sigma.
A track record of success managing and implementing operational change projects, coordinating work with multiple stakeholder groups.
Strong skills in process improvement analysis, business analysis techniques, knowledge and use of tools and techniques used in process improvement analysis, business controls and audit requirements.
The purpose of the role is the organisational, technical, procedural, regulatory, and legal change necessitate periodic revision to ensure these documents remain current and useable. It is the responsibility of the BA to ensure this happens by doing periodical reviews of the existing repository of procedures, to ensure they remain current.
Engaging as a subject matter expert and developing appropriate processes and materials to support change.
Examine workflow and define optimally efficient paths to completion in conjunction with stakeholders.
Prepare and obtain stakeholder approval for SOPs and flowcharts, liaise with banking controls to ensure appropriate controls are embedded in design.
