About this Senior Social Account Manager role

As a Senior Social Account Manager in a B2B and B2C PR and social media agency, you will be managing the reputation of excellent brands within the corporate world using different social media platforms. Also, you will be leading the client accounts and developing the strategy. Also, the Senior Social Account Manager will work together with the Senior Social Account Director and a brilliant team of social media specialists, and you will also be able to use your experience to support and mentor junior colleagues to develop their skills and confidence within this fast-growing B2B and B2C PR and social media agency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Leading and managing the delivery of client programmes and integrated campaigns.

· Working with your team to ensure client deadlines and KPIs are met.

· Producing and reviewing weekly content and placing it across earned, owned, paid and social media channels.

· Developing detailed knowledge and understanding of client businesses, sectors and the media.

· Working with influencers, participating in new business pitches and actively looking for opportunities for growing revenue.

About You

You'll be an inquisitive communications specialist with strong writing skills, and a B2B background at Senior Social Account Manager or Social Account Manager level. Ideally, you will have agency experience in communications and a strong specialism in social media. Great client management skills are also essential for this B2B PR, communications and social media agency.

Skills and experience needed:

· Solid experience in social media, ideally within a B2B PR and communications agency, at either Senior Social Account Manager or Social Account Manager level.

· Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to apply solutions quickly.

· Organisational, planning and client management skills.

· Ability to think critically, creatively and to demonstrate good judgement.

· Ideally, you will have well-rounded communications skills covering media relations, social media, creative campaigns, client/programme management and basic evaluation and measurement.
