Operations and Finance Manager (Fashion start-up)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Leading operations across the business
Managing supply chain including stock levels (both finished products and materials) and demand planning
Build out all-star team that is ready to scale
Working with our outsourced accountants in producing better quality reporting
Month-end reporting
Working closely with the external suppliers in the business
Liaising with external manufacturers and warehouses (B2B and B2C fulfillment)
Working collaboratively with the wider team (NPD & Production) to ensure new products are delivered on time and in full to customers
Reporting KPI performance
Building out systems

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Operations/Supply Chain/Finance; ideally coming from a fashion manufacturing or product background
The candidate MUST be based in London
Excellent communication & relationship management skills
Brilliant organisation skills
Relishes working fast-paced environment
Strong numerical and reporting skills
High degree of competency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise between multiple tasks
Degree educated

Competitive, experience-based salary
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday- Thursday (9am-6pm) Friday (9-4.30pm) with a 40m lunch break
25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays
