Experienced Accounts person required to fulfil this exciting opportunity for a large local employer.
The role will involve:
Invoice coding Data input Manual checking of contracts against invoices Weekly payroll runs and approvals Person profile:
Demonstrable knowledge of accounting skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on their own initiative and be adaptable Analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent communicator and organisational skills with a diligent and committed attitude Good numeracy skills Good attention to detail Proficient in excel / very comfortable with finance excel activitiesPrevious experience of Accounts Payable would be preferred otherwise general Accounts Assistant experience. Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5 and also overtime is available. The role will require an initial few days for training to be office based in Folkestone and then the role will be remote working from home with the occasional requirement to be office based for meetings.
This is a temporary role offering an immediate start until the end of October initially but with the possibility of continuing into early 2023.
