Huntswood is looking for experienced Complaint Handlers with home, commercial or travel insurance experience to join a new contract for an international travel assistance company.
As an Insurance Complaint Handler, you will be conducting a 360 degree review of customer complaints with regards to medical claims. You will need to review all the evidence provided and use your decision-making skills and experience to ensure that the right outcome is made.
Location: Working from home
Rate: £170 to £190 a day DOE
Start Date: July 2022
Duration: 3 months

The ideal Insurance Complaints Handler will have:
Experience dealing with complaints within a general insurance environment A Knowledge of FCA/FOS regulations about insurance complaints An understanding of travel insurance and claims Experience with medical repatriation would be desirable Strong Attention to detail Excellent communication skills and ability to write engaging letters Ability to navigate through several in-house databases"It's not just about what we do, but the way we do it.
