Perfect Personnel are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to work in an office-based position within a small accounts Department based in Redditch.
Duties and responsibilites
Post and allocate cash daily on Sage 200
Cash book reconciliations - Sage 200
Raise Sales Invoices/Credit notes on Clarity, upload to Sage 200 Approx 300 per month.
Raise commercial invoices - Manual template ( Mainly used for Ireland )
Sales ledger reconciliation from Clarity to Sage ( Check upload figures match )
Deal with invoice queries
Log Purchase Ledger Invoices, distribute for sign off
Enter purchase ledger invoices onto Sage 200 if needed.
Check Purchase ledger log at month end and chase if necessary
Overhead analysis, analyse out nominal codes onto excel
Fuel Card Analysis
Month End Duties - Cashbook and sales ledger reconciliations
Enter Remedial data onto spreadsheet
Post Opening and distribution
Plus other Ad Hoc duties
